Grady-White Is "Eight for Eight," Receiving NMMA CSI Award for Top Customer Satisfaction Ranking Eight Times in a Row
366 Rear ViewThe National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has again awarded Grady-White Boats the CSI Award, the trade association's top recognition for customer satisfaction. This 2009 cycle is the eighth year of the association's study of customer satisfaction among boat and boat engine owners. Grady-White has received the award in its category of fiberglass outboard boats all eight years.

Grady-White Boats has been recognized with the highest ranking for excellence in customer satisfaction in every third party study ever conducted in the marine industry including eight NMMA CSI awards in a row and eight J.D. Power and Associates awards in a row for the highest ranking in customer satisfaction in its category.

NMMA's CSI award aims to raise the bar for the consumer boating experience with a tool to measure and improve customer satisfaction, allowing manufacturers to monitor experiences on an ongoing basis. The companies receiving awards achieved a benchmark score of 90% or better from model year 2008 boat owners who rated "overall satisfaction with boat (or engine)." NMMA employed an independent firm to survey and measure the satisfaction ratings. Grady-White received an exceptionally high benchmark score.

Caribee Boat Sales has proudly sold Grady White Boats for over 25 Years! Stop in and see what is new today!

Ocean LED Low cost - not low quality - LED underwater lighting from the industry leader.

OceanLED is the leading manufacturer and designer of underwater lighting products and the unique Amphibian range launches the world's first lighting collection designed to be used both in and out of the water. OceanLED has created the Amphibians based on the increasing demand for affordable LED lights for the boating industry; subsequently providing consumers with a high quality, low priced underwater lighting solution without sacrificing on quality or the visual effect of the lights in the ocean.

The Amphibian range has been designed with a unique linear shape, versatile enough to be mounted onto any transom and requiring just a 3/8th hole for the cable entry. The Amphibians are exceptionally easy to install and can be used on a variety of surfaces such as trim tabs, engine brackets or even on boat trailers for night launching.

Despite the Amphibians small size, they are extremely powerful making them comparable to competitors' halogen and Xenon underwater lighting models. Using the very latest LED technology, the Amphibians have an ultra low power draw with no start up current required, over 40,000 hour LED life and pure unfiltered colors designed to make an impact on any boat of any size. Extensive OceanLED research has also enabled all electronics to be built directly into the Amphibians, alleviating the need for an external LED driver. Pathfinder LED

Once fitted, the Amphibians are virtually maintenance free. The lights are injection moulded in Delnaeco Polymer - a state-of-the-art Polymer that is resistant to almost all known solvents and adhesives, and is completely corrosion proof. In addition, OceanLED is renowned for using Tritonium glass. These unique glass lenses have been specifically designed by OceanLED and Tritonium Optical Technologies (a research laboratory specializing in optical systems) to inhibit barnacle build up and ensure that the Polymer light lens cannot be scratched like other plastic underwater lights.
