1.  PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Caribee Boat Sales and Marina’s Clear the Dock Giveaway  (“Sweepstakes”) begins on  April 7^th, 2025 at 8:00am EST  and ends on  April 26^th, 2025 at 5:00pm EST (the “Promotion Period”).  The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is One Water Assets & Operations, LLC, including its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at jeremy@caribeeboats.com  during the Promotion Period.

2.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who are physically located within and reside in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).  In addition, the following persons are not eligible to enter or win a prize: Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the “Sweepstakes Entities”).  Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize: Lewmar Axis Electric Shallow Water Anchor (the maximum approximate retail value “ARV” value of the Grand Prize is $1,649.00.)  The prize will be awarded within 30 days via in-store pickup during normal business hours.

One (1) Second Prize: Yachter’s Choice Soft Cooler 30 Can Capacity, – Tote Style w/Shoulder Strap, Grey Blue (the maximum approximate retail value “ARV” value of the Second Prize is $135.00.)  The prize will be awarded within 30 days via in-store pickup during normal business hours.

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are nontransferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded and all prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.  Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified as being provided herein.  Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

1.  By ‘liking’ or following our Facebook page @https://www.facebook.com/caribeeboats/ on Facebook for the first time during the Promotion Period.  To qualify, Entrant must not have actively “followed” Sponsor on Facebook within the past 12 months.

2. By following Sponsor on our Instagram page @https://www.instagram.com/caribeeboats/?hl=en Instagram for the first time during the Promotion Period.  To qualify, Entrant must not have actively “followed” Sponsor on Instagram within the past 12 months.

4. By following Sponsor on our LinkedIn page https://www.linkedin.com/company/caribee-boat-sales/ on LinkedIn for the first time during the Promotion Period.  To qualify, Entrant must not have actively “followed” Sponsor on LinkedIn within the past 12 months.

Each Entry must be uploaded in accordance with the rules of the applicable Social Media Platform. Entrant must have a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn account, as applicable, to enter.  Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.  All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be held within 24 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by the direct messaging capabilities (“Direct Message”) of the applicable Social Media Platform used for Entry approximately 24 hours after the random drawing. Potential winner must accept a prize by Direct Message as directed by Sponsor within 5 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including an inactive Direct Message account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor its account.  Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility (including providing social security number) and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm any potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these rules. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check.  No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.  If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize, fails timely to respond to the notification post, if the notification that the Sponsor sends is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is otherwise unreachable, the prize will be forfeited.

If any prize is forfeited, an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining valid entries and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules. By accepting a Prize, the winner represents that he/she has complied with these Official Rules. Entry and acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s Entry, name, city, state of residence, likeness and/or photograph and statements for advertising/trade and all other purposes, in any and all media, and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity, including the Internet and social networking sites, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY; CALCULATING VALUE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at[https://www.caribeeboats.com/privacy-policy/.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your contact information and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winner’s list.

Pursuant to certain data protection laws, individuals may be entitled to be informed as to why financial incentive programs, or price or service differences, are permitted under the law, including (i) a good faith estimate of the value of the individual’s personally identifiable information that forms the basis for offering the financial incentive or price or service difference; and (ii) a description of the method the business used to calculate the value of the individual’s personally identifiable information. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor on behalf of itself and the applicable Social Media Platform used for Entry, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”), assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
